Komme am besten mind. 5 Min vor dem Unterrichtsbeginn, um ganz entspannt ankommen zu k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr deine optimale Vorbereitung empfehle ich dir ca. 2 Stunden vor Beginn nichts Schweres zu essen.<\/li>\n<li>Ziehe bequeme Kleidung an, in der du dich nicht eingeengt f\u00fchlst.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst gerne in Socken kommen. Gerade jetzt ist das aus hygienischen Gr\u00fcnden sogar sehr passend und vor allem f\u00fcr die Schlussentspannung ist das wunderbar um dich warm zu halten. Yoga praktizieren wir jedoch barfu\u00df.<\/li>\n<li>Bitte schalte dein Smartphone und sonstige elektronische Ger\u00e4te im Yogaraum aus.<\/li>\n<li>Bring bitte eine gro\u00dfe Decke mit.<\/li>\n<li>Und eine letzte Bitte, komme nicht zu sp\u00e4t.
