custom_margin=&#8220;-20px|||||&#8220; custom_padding=&#8220;4px|||||&#8220;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hatha Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hatha-Yoga ist eine traditionelle \u00dcbungsweise und Erfahrungswissenschaft, die heute vielf\u00e4ltig interpretiert wird. Ich unterrichte zeitgen\u00f6ssisches Hatha Yoga mit Iyengar Einfluss, das ich an die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Teilnehmer anpasse, oftmals auch mit Hilfsmitteln. F\u00fcr eine gesunde Yogapraxis ist es unerl\u00e4sslich die menschliche Anatomie zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und in der Praxis anzuwenden. Meine Ausbildung habe ich bei Richard Hackenberg absolviert und ich bin sehr dankbar dass ich, unter vielem anderem, auch das bei ihm lernen durfte.\u00a0Mir ist es wichtig das meine Teilnehmer sicher \u00fcben und Yoga dem K\u00f6rper und dem Geist gut tut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga 60plus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Kurs richtet sich an Menschen die in der \u201e3. Lebensh\u00e4lfte\u201c angekommen sind. Vielleicht hast du noch keine Yoga Erfahrung oder m\u00f6chtest einfach nicht in eine \u201enormale\u201c Yogastunde gehen. Hier hast du die M\u00f6glichkeit in kleinen Gruppen mit max. 9 Teilnehmern\/innen Yoga zu praktizieren. Die Yoga Stellungen werden so variiert, dass sie auf deinen Bed\u00fcrfnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten aufbauen. Sanftes Yoga verhilft dir so zu mehr Energie, Kraft und Beweglichkeit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger &#8211; Level 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hier bist du richtig wenn du noch keine oder wenig Yoga Erfahrung hast. Atem und Bewegung bewusst verbinden ist einer der sch\u00f6nsten Einstiege ins Yoga, weshalb ich hier mit dynamischen Sequenzen arbeite und dennoch die n\u00f6tige Zeit im Asana gebe es einzunehmen und zu erfahren. Ich schaffe den Raum das du nicht \u00fcber- oder unterfordert wirst und du deine pers\u00f6nliche Balance zwischen Entspannung und Anspannung findest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga f\u00fcr Fortgeschrittene &#8211; Level 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In diesem Kurs geht es nicht um besonders akrobatische Asanas sondern um einen tieferen Einstieg in die Ausrichtung sowie auf energetischer Ebene. Auch wenn es ebenso flie\u00dfende Sequenzen gibt, werden einzelne Asanas, ganz klassisch im Hatha Yoga, lange gehalten. Oftmals auch mit Hilfsmitteln. In der Asana ruhig werden, deine Atmung sp\u00fcren, deinen Herzschlag wahrnehmen, um bei dir anzukommen.
